Workshop on Workflow Platforms

A workshop moved online to give an intro to those with no prior knowledge.

The Workshop on Workflow Platforms organised by EOSC-Life WP2 took place on the 2nd and 3rd of April 2020, having been postponed and moved online.

Representatives from five RIs presented exemplary cases on typical image analysis pipelines during the first day. The second day started with an introduction to EOSC-Life and the tools roadmap, followed by the introductions to the different Workflow Management Systems.

Later, each participant had the opportunity to attend a breakout session to ask questions to the experts.
