New high-throughput technologies and the digital revolution are offering incredible advantages for researchers…and medical research is evolving rapidly in response.

By taking a data-driven approach, researchers are taking large strides forward in the area of personalized medicine. The emerging complex, inter-disciplinary projects require the use of these new methodologies, technologies, and research infrastructure services.

The PERMIT project was designed to develop methodological recommendations for investigators, evaluators, peer-reviewers, regulators, and other stakeholders that can help them more effectively design, fund, conduct, publish, and validate research on personalized medicine.
